Review of Strandhotel ScheveningenAs a marine biologist exploring the delightful seaside of Scheveningen, my family and I opted for the family room at Strandhotel. This newly-refurbished space was impressively spacious, featuring a cozy twin room for our child, alongside a cleverly designed lounge area that also served as sleeping quarters. The breakfast experience proved delightful, with a varied selection of fresh produce, all while enjoying views of the beach through large windows. The cafe's cappuccino machine was a welcome perk for fellow coffee enthusiasts. the hotel provides complimentary water bottles and free coffee in the reception, appealing to budget-conscious travelers. Its location near the beach grants admirable access to splendid outdoor activities, including jogging along the promenade. The absence of on-site parking requires prior arrangements; however, a nearby car park offers affordable hotel discounts. In terms of value versus luxury, Strandhotel manages to strike a commendable balance.
